Project Features
The AHU is configured with a 92 kW cooling capacity and 7,500 m³/h air volume, providing a substantial volume of conditioned air for the steel pipe production environment. The water-cooled configuration enables the unit to transfer heat through its chilled-water coil, making it suitable for integration with a centralized chilled-water system. SHENGLIN chilled-water AHUs use high-efficiency heat exchanger coils to provide the required cooling performance.
The G4 + H8 filtration configuration provides multi-stage air treatment. The G4 filter serves as the primary filtration stage, while the H8 filter provides finer particle filtration, helping improve the cleanliness of the supply air. This configuration is particularly valuable for industrial facilities where dust and airborne particles can be generated during manufacturing processes.
For operational management, the unit is equipped with a Siemens control system, providing reliable control and monitoring for the AHU. The combination of industrial-grade control, water-based cooling and high-volume air supply enables the system to operate as part of a stable factory HVAC solution.
